Four US soldiers have been killed in a roadside explosion in southern Afghanistan. The soldiers died after an improvised explosive device went off on Sunday 3rd January 2010.
One British soldier was also killed on Sunday by a separate blast in Helmand province…

RAF Cottesmore is earmarked for closure as the UK Government “attempts” to save £900m…!! WHY…(you may well ask)..? Well, you may be thinking that the MP’s have “other” uses for the money – like… Giving themselves a pay rise maybe, or now that the VAT has gone back-up to 17.5% – so will their EXPENSES payments too..!!
